Scuba Ontario Mobile Access

Hello,

I have added a template that makes the forum friendly for mobile devices such as Blackberry's, iPhones or other smart phones.

Simply to go http://mobile.scubaontario.ca/ and it will be the mobile version of the forum. Very light weight.
