Welland Canal Scuba Project. This project involves creating a Scuba Park in the old Welland Canal. There is currently some abandoned cars and a training platform for divers to see and use. Currently lines are being installed to help guide divers to the attractions. In the future more attractions will be added for divers to enjoy.
