SCUBA diving signal marker buoy

A brand-new scuba diving signal marker buoy (SMB) in fluorescent orange with a reflective titanium strip on the very top. Attach to your buoyancy compensation device for easy inflation. Carabiner clip allows you to attach this device directly to your BCD. Measures 5 feet long and can be seen for many miles. This is a great signalling device for any open water diver. It retails for $139 US and has never been used. this SMB is manufactured by Halcyon.

I somehow have my doubts whether Halcyon is really manufacturing SMB's with plastic clips.

The one in the picture looks an awful lot like the one I have, and it's definitely not a Halcyon. The Halcyon ones have a clip and a bungee loop.
